Strong Interest Inventory

When I took the Holland test, I thought that I would be a SAR. But in the test I was told that I was a SEC. During the test I felt relaxed. I didn't have to think very hard when I was choosing my answer and I felt good. I have not taken this test before but I have seen the paper of options and what you can get as a result. I was surprised by my results though because I thought that the Artistic Code would be in there somewhere, but turns out it's my last code on my list out of the six.
The top two occupations that I liked were the Customer Service Representatives and the Administrative Assistant. These seem like two of the occupations that I might actually enjoy and something that I would like to look into in the future.
The occupation that I didn't like was a farmer/ rancher and it disappointed me because I thought that that would be the last thing on my list. That one completely surprised me and it was one of the things I was putting no to. But I did say that I liked to work outdoors with my hands and not behind a desk all day.
There were a couple of occupations that I didn't understand at all because I don't know what they are. They are a Radiological Technologist and and optician. Even though I don't understand what these occupations mean doesn't mean they aren't things I would consider.
The 12 jobs that were after these ten were a Buyer, Facilities Manager, Military Enlisted, Computer and IS Manager, Health Information Specialist, Bartender, Occupational Therapist, Emergency Medical Technician, Business/ Finance Supervisor, Credit Manager, Human Resources Specialist, and a Florist.
All in all this test was very helpful for me and I would love to actually use this to help me choose my future. I really like how this test helped me see what some options are that I would actually enjoy and not what my grades or schooling would show me I like.
